The music world suffered a tragic loss on Friday with the death of popular DJ Tim Bergling, better known by his stage name Avicii. He was 28-years-old.
Avicii became a mainstream sensation in 2011 with his breakout track “Levels.” The tune peaked at No. 60 in the Billboard Top 100 and can often be heard at numerous sporting venues throughout the country.
As he has in the past, Los Angeles Dodgers organist Dieter Ruehle did his part to pay tribute and his respects to a fallen musician. Prior to first pitch on Friday night, Ruehle warmed up with a rendition of Avicii’s hit, “Wake Me Up.
