The Dodgers are ready to roll for the 2022 season after landing in Colorado this week. They have all of their guys with them with their roster being set at 28 players with MLB changing up the rules for the first month of the season.
The position players had been set for a couple of days, with Dave Roberts reiterating that they only wanted to carry 12 position players to go along with their 16 pitchers. The excess amount of pitchers is likely an attempt to protect arms with the shortened Spring Training.
The Dodgers have officially announced their Opening Day roster today, with almost no surprises.
