The new roster rule for the 2020 season includes 60 players in order to account for the lack of the minor leagues and keeping a full roster at the big leagues. The Dodgers, along with every other team, will be able to keep 30 men on their active roster for the first two weeks of the season. After those two weeks, that number drops to 28.
