The Los Angeles Dodgers are no strangers to injuries to their pitching roster. Unfortunately, another major bullpen arm is going to miss the entirety of the 2025 campaign due to shoulder surgery.
In much more positive pitching news, a non-roster invite was told by manager Dave Roberts that he will be headed to Japan as part of the team’s 31-player traveling roster. The news came at an ironic moment during a spring training game.
Roberts also revealed that a major adjustment in Tyler Glasnow’s recovery should keep him healthier in 2025. The All-Star starting pitcher’s season ended early last year due to elbow tendinitis, but the Southern California native hopes to have a long and healthy campaign this season.
