Teoscar Hernández remains a free agent after the Major League Baseball Winter Meetings, and the Los Angeles Dodgers remain his top choice. However, Hernández and the Dodgers remain apart in negotiations involving multiple aspects of the contract, as Dodgers Nation’s Doug McKain reported on Thursday.
Additionally, while the Dodgers want to bring Hernández back, the team is also doing its due diligence on other outfielders. Dodgers president of baseball operations Andrew Friedman is “hopeful” Hernández re-signs.
