The Los Angeles Dodgers announced Tuesday they were accepting the invitation to continue the longstanding tradition of the World Series winners visiting the White House.
Superstar Mookie Betts, however, is undecided if he will make the trip. As a member of the Boston Red Sox, he skipped the early 2019 White House visit along with various players and coaches from his team.
In other Dodgers news, veteran infielder David Bote has exercised his upward mobility clause in his non-roster invite deal, meaning he can now look for major league offers from other teams before deciding if he wants to stay with the Dodgers in the minor leagues.
