With under a month left in the 2023 MLB season, the clock is ticking for some players to save their seasons from injury. One of those players who are at risk of having their season ended due to injury is Dodgers pitcher Yency Almonte.
Almonte has been on the injured list since August 12 after the right-hander went down with a knee sprain suffered in a scoreless outing against the Rockies.
Now that there are fewer than 25 games left in the season, Almonte’s 2023 campaign could be in jeopardy as the latest update does not sound promising.
