The Dodgers are playing its best baseball this year as the team is in the midst of a season-long seven-game win streak. The schedule should not be to blame for the Dodgers long winning streak.
According to Dave Roberts, the win streak should be accredited to the roster rather than the schedule. Not only is Freddie Freeman, Mookie Betts and James Outman having their best stretch of the season right now, the trade deadline acquisitions are also contributing to the teams success.
“I don’t think it’s a softer schedule,” Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said. “The guys that we acquired at the deadline are a big part of it.
