The Los Angeles Dodgers have been without Trevor Bauer since early July as MLB placed him on administrative leave following allegations of alleged sexual assault and a San Diego woman obtaining a temporary restraining order.
That was originally executed June 28, though did not become public knowledge until days later. The Dodgers have deferred to Major League Baseball throughout the entire process thus far.
Bauer’s administrative leave has twice been extended and is currently set to expire on Tuesday. That was notable in that it came after a scheduled court hearing for the civil case, when it was possible for some clarity.
