Cody Bellinger was absent in the Dodgers 5-1 victory on Tuesday night. The All-Star centerfielder came out of Monday night’s game after being involved in a collision at first base where he was stepped on and cleated by A’s pitcher Reymin Guduan.
Before Tuesday’s action Dodger manager Dave Roberts said the club was expecting Bellinger to undergo further testing and evaluation leading up to game time. After Tuesday’s win, Doc had some positive but still imperfect news.
