Injuries are an unfortunate part of sports but every team deals with them each year. The Dodgers have seen their fair share so far in 2023 and it has led to them having to move things around more than they would have liked.
Until last week, Clayton Kershaw was one of the few LA pitchers that hadn’t seen time on the injured list but fate decided it was his turn. He left his start against the Colorado Rockies early with a shoulder issue and now is headed to the IL.
Luckily for Kershaw, he shouldn’t be out too long, but this injury also means that he won’t be able to participate in the All-Star game festivities next week in Seattle.
