This season, the top four players with the most home runs in the league all come in over six feet and at least 200 pounds. Rounding out the top five is Mookie Betts who comes in way smaller than the others at 5’9, 180 pounds.
Despite being the smallest of the bunch, Betts just clubbed his tied-for-career-high 35th home run of the season in Sunday’s game against the Red Sox. Betts’ home run reached a familiar spot as he went over the same Green Monster he was hitting homers at in his first six seasons in the league.
