Dodgers News: MLB Analyst Doesn’t See JD Martinez Sustaining Production

When slugger J.D. Martinez signed with the Dodgers for just $10 million, many saw that as a bargain. Martinez took less money from other teams to come to Los Angeles because he believed that spending a year with the Dodgers would heavily increase his value. Over two months into the season, it’s safe to say that Martinez’s decision was a good one. He looks like his old self and has been mashing the baseball this season.

The power hitter reunited with Dodgers hitting coach Robert Van Scoyoc and has gone back to being the dangerous slugger that the league has become accustomed to seeing.
