Individual players are going to have highs and lows as well, but it’s how they manage through them that defines a player. For Dodgers rookie infielder Miguel Vargas, he is doing his best to manage things as he goes through a long slump at the plate.
Vargas has improved defensively, which is great for his chances at remaining as the team’s second baseman, but his struggles at the plate have severely brought his batting average down.
