The Los Angeles Dodgers will have veteran RHP Lance Lynn start Game 3 of the NLDS, Dave Roberts confirmed to reporters on Monday.
When asked who would be making that start, Roberts said:
“I don’t see how it would be anybody outside of Lance (Lynn).”
Roberts has talked a lot about the track records being a big thing for him, and Lynn certainly has it. The 12-year veteran has seen it all in the MLB, including winning the World Series in 2011 as a member of the St. Louis Cardinals.
Lynn has appeared in 13 postseason series in his career, the most recent one coming in the 2021 ALDS with the Chicago White Sox.
