Dodgers News: Injured Reliever Daniel Hudson Progressing Well from Knee Surgery

The Dodgers’ bullpen should be getting one of its top contributors back ahead of next season. Daniel Hudson, who tore his ACL in a freak accident in June, has been progressing well. Dodgers GM Brandon Gomes even said Hudson is on track to return at or near the start of spring training, which begins in late February.

Here’s the latest from the MLB GM meetings from Las Vegas via LA Times beat writer Jack Harris.

Daniel Hudson is progressing well from his torn ACL, Gomes said. Hudson began throwing again at the end of the season, and the hope is he'll be ready for the start of spring training (or shortly after)

Hudson, who returned to the Dodgers in 2022 for his second stint with the team, was pitching at an elite level through the first few months of the season.
