Dodgers News: Infielder Sheldon Neuse Designated for Assignment

In a roster move announced on Wednesday, the Dodgers designated infielder Sheldon Neuse for assignment. The move opened up a roster spot for the re-signing of Chris Taylor, who inked a 4-year deal to return to LA.

Dodgers DFA’d Sheldon Neuse to clear a 40-man spot for Taylor.

The Dodgers traded for Neuse last winter, acquiring him from the Oakland Athletics in exchange for reliever Adam Kolarek and a prospect.
