Dodgers manager Dave Roberts knows that this October will be unlike any other he’s managed for the team in his career thus far.
One reason for that change is the contributions from his rookie rotation and the LA skipper spoke about Bobby Miller’s emergence over the course of the season headed into the NLDS.
“I think that you can have confidence, but to have real confidence that is sustainable, you have to perform and pitch well and he’s done that,” Roberts said. “Each time out there he’s gotten better and taken something from each outing.
