Before missing over a month due to a hamstring injury, Julio Urias hadn’t looked quite like the dominant force from the mound we saw in 2022. In 10 games, the 26-year-old held a 4.39 ERA, a poor start when juxtaposed with his 2.16 ERA posted the season before.
However, in the interest of not overreacting to one of the best starters in baseball’s relative slump, the best looks to be ahead for the young Dodgers star. Urias is preparing to return to the big leagues, and is set to start Saturday against the Royals in Kansas City.
