Both players were recognized for their respective performances during the week of Aug. 14-20. Copping appeared in three games during that span, recording three saves while throwing 3.2 scoreless and hitless innings with four strikeouts against just one walk.
On the season, Copping has 16 saves, a 2.89 ERA, 1.11 WHIP and 58 strikeouts in 62.1 innings pitched over 45 relief appearances for the Drillers.
