Though no formal ruling has been made on the status of Julio Urias, Dodgers front office executive Andrew Friedman is keeping a specific mentality in awaiting the details of his off the field status.
Although many in the organization have moved on from his presence both in the locker room and around the stadium, LA’s GM has reiterated patience in dealing with the fate of his lefty starter.
“Right now, we’re still in wait-and-see mode,” Friedman said Monday. “It’s in Major League Baseball’s hands, and for right now, for us, it’s about having adequate space for players that are in there.
