The latest update on Dodgers pitcher Trevor Bauer suggests that we might be nearing a legal decision. The Pasadena Police Department reportedly finished their investigation of the felony assault and handed the case over to the District Attorney, according to ESPN.
The District Attorney will now decide if they will proceed with charging Bauer or to drop the case. The Dodgers pitcher had his leave extended by Major League Baseball again this morning, running through September 3rd.
