With an eye on the home stretch of the regular season and the beginning of the postseason, the Dodgers activated outfielder AJ Pollock off the 10-day injured list and designated right-handed reliever Shane Greene for assignment.
Pollock injured his right hamstring while attempting to swipe third base in the first inning of the Dodgers 6-1 win over the Giants back on September 4th. The Dodgers’ second half leader in hits (51), will be back in the lineup for LA’s season finale vs. the Rockies on Thursday and will start in left field, manager Dave Roberts confirmed before the game.
