Phillies left-hander Cole Hamels is one of the game's top starters and is believed to be on the trading block as Philadelphia looks to rebuild one of baseball's worst teams.

Their need is clear. Their willingness to deal is well-established. And their resources are unmatched.

So why haven’t the Dodgers done something already?
