Dodgers: Mookie Betts Sets A Ridiculous World Series Record

It’s safe to say that the Dodgers have never had a guy like Mookie Betts on their team. There are arguments that can be made for players of that past, but watching him on a daily basis truly is a gift as a fan of the sport.

On Tuesday night in Game 1 of the World Series, all of Mookie’s tools were on display once again. Betts ran wild in the game, swiping two bases in the 5th inning and scoring a run on a close play at the plate. The Dodgers outfielder would go on to hit an opposite-field homerun in the 6th inning to build on his playoff lore.
