The Los Angeles Dodgers won’t be getting Tanner Scott — but they will be seeing a lot of him.
Less than two hours before Tuesday’s 3 p.m. trade deadline, the San Diego Padres swooped in and acquired left-handed All-Star closer Scott from the Miami Marlins. The package is not yet known.
