As sports fans across America have put trips to baseball stadiums on hold, a Los Angeles Dodgers’ minor league affiliate is trying to bring a piece of the ballpark experience to them. According to the Los Angeles Times, the Oklahoma City Dodgers will be delivering hot dogs to local heroes who are on the front lines in response to the coronavirus pandemic.
With Opening Day in the minor leagues originally scheduled for April 9, the team thought it would be a good idea to celebrate the passing date by helping the people who are working the hardest to bring society back to normal.
