Dodgers’ Miguel Rojas Removed Early From Game Against Red Sox

Los Angeles Dodgers veteran infielder Miguel Rojas has been removed from Sunday’s contest against the Boston Red Sox. Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic was among the first to report via Twitter/X.

The reason for being removed from the lineup has not been revealed. Dodgers utility star and Saturday’s hero Kiké Hernández replaced Rojas at shortstop. Cavan Biggio took over the third base position as Hernández started the game there.

Rojas was removed in the fourth inning. This is the last thing the Dodgers want, as injuries have already plagued them. It’s unclear if Rojas did exit with an injury, but the hope is that is not the case.
