The Los Angeles Dodgers have placed shortstop Miguel Rojas on the injured list recalled Yonny Hernandez to the active roster. This comes a day after Rojas was removed from the game due to what was later called a hamstring issue.
Dave Roberts told reporters on Wednesday that he would be undergoing tests and they didn’t know if it was a short or long term issue. now however it’s clear that this is more than a short term deal as Rojas is heading to the IL for at least the next few weeks.
The Dodgers already thin shortstop position is now taking another hit.
