Los Angeles Dodgers right-hander Yoshinobu Yamamoto is progressing well from his right rotator cuff injury. According to manager Dave Roberts’ latest update, however, Yamamoto isn’t back to 100 percent just yet:
Roberts said right-hander Yoshinobu Yamamoto is recovering well but has not started a throwing program yet. Yamamoto is on the IL with a strained rotator cuff.

The 25-year-old was diagnosed with a right rotator cuff strain almost two weeks ago. Yamamoto last appeared for the Dodgers June 15 against the Kansas City Royals, a game in which he only pitched two innings.
