MILWAUKEE -- Dodgers first baseman Adrian Gonzalez was ejected by third-base umpire Dan Bellino after striking out in the fourth inning of Wednesday night's game with the Brewers.
On a check-swing appeal of the second pitch in the at-bat, Bellino called a strike. Gonzalez then struck out on another check swing, called by plate umpire Toby Basner, and as Gonzalez walked toward the Dodgers dugout, he appeared to tell Bellino the second check swing was a strike but not the first.
Gonzalez then waved at Bellino, who ejected him, with an argument ensuing that included Dodgers manager Dave Roberts.
