LOS ANGELES — The Dodgers have been punchless at the plate in their first two games of the season, and will try to get back on the beam against Derek Holland and the Giants on Saturday night at Dodger Stadium.
Chris Taylor singled in the seventh inning on Friday night for the lone Dodgers hit, then was promptly erased on a double play ground ball by Corey Seager. The Dodgers sent the minimum 27 batters to the plate in a nine-inning loss for just the third time since moving to Los Angeles.
