CINCINNATI -- The Dodgers and San Francisco Giants have swapped the division lead twice this week with the Giants currently on top by a half-game.
The two rivals will play head-to-head nine times in the final 38 games of the season starting next week in Los Angeles and the Dodgers have lined up their rotatiion for that series.
Left-hander Scott Kazmir will start on regular rest Monday in Cincinnati, allowing the Dodgers to push right-hander Kenta Maeda back to Tuesday in the series opener against the Giants.
Maeda (who threw a bullpen session in Cincinnati Saturday afternoon) will be working on six days' rest.
