Los Angeles Dodgers superstar Mookie Betts endured a tumultuous two weeks because of an illness that has plagued him. While Betts said doctors couldn’t give an exact diagnosis for his lingering stomach aggravation, there is speculation the 32-year-old dealt with a case of norovirus.

“Betts missed the Dodgers’ opening two games in Japan last week while battling a stomach virus, one that is believed to be a case of norovirus, according to multiple people with knowledge of the situation not authorized to speak publicly,” Jack Harris of The Los Angeles Times wrote.
