Dodgers Injury Update: David Price To Miss Weeks With Grade 2 Hamstring Strain

The Los Angeles Dodgers losing their first series of the season coincided with David Price being forced to the 10-day with a right hamstring strain. Price suffered the injury in his lone inning of work in Sunday’s loss to the San Diego Padres.

Dodgers manager Dave Roberts revealed Price suffered the hamstring strain after the defeat, which forced him to further adjust bullpen plans after already committing to not using Scott Alexander, Kenley Jansen and Blake Treinen.

It was presumed Price would need to go on the IL, and that was confirmed when an MRI on Monday revealed a Grade hamstring strain.
