Headed into the seventh inning, it wasn’t looking too pretty for the Los Angeles Dodgers. The team was down 4-1 to the Colorado Rockies who they had just dominated 10-1 the night before. But nonetheless, there was still plenty of game left to be played.
But then, Colorado right-handers Dinelson Lamet and Chad Smith each walked three batters in the bottom of the seventh to make it easy for the NL West Champions.
To start the scoring, the bases were loaded and Joey Gallo was walked scoring Trea Turner. Then once again, Austin Barnes was walked forcing Freddie Freeman to score.
