Dodgers Highlights: 9-Run Inning Leads To Blowout Of Nationals

The Los Angeles Dodgers not only overcame an early deficit but turned the game into a laugher behind a nine-run seventh inning to get a 10-5 win over the Washington Nationals. L.A. has now won seven games in a row, which is their second-longest streak of the season.

The Nationals took a lead in the second inning when Starlin Castro and Yan Gomes hit a single and double, respectively, to put two on with nobody out. Two runs then scored on Justin Turner’s throwing error, and Humberto Arteaga’s sacrifice fly put the Dodgers in a 3-0 deficit.
