Last season was a tough time to be a ballplayer in limbo between the minors and the big leagues. That was especially true for the Dodgers’ Gavin Lux. Unfortunately, he spent most of the year trying to catch up to where he needed to be.
The stop and start nature of the 2020 season proved to be a lot for Lux to overcome. He started the shortened season at the alternate location and never really got back to the big league team. That was partially attributed to late arrival at Dodgers Summer Camp.
All told, Lux got just 63 at-bats with the Dodgers in 2020.
