The Los Angeles Dodgers are overflowing with talent.
After signing Korean infielder Hyeseong Kim — a three time Gold Glove winner in the Korean Baseball Organization and career .304/.364/.403 hitter — some questions have recently been raised about L.A.’s infield.
With fan-favorite Kiké Hernández not currently rostered, an unclear role for long-time utility man Chris Taylor in 2025, and Los Angeles signing Kim, who mainly plays the same position as Gavin Lux, there has been much speculation regarding a trade surrounding at least one of these names.
Dodgers general manager Brandon Gomes, however, doesn’t quite believe a trade is necessary after the Kim signing.
