The Chicago White Sox announced that they signed former Los Angeles Dodgers infielder Andre Lipcius to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training.
Lipcius and the Dodgers parted ways after only one year of working together.

Lipcius spent the entire 2024 season with Triple-A Oklahoma City after the Dodgers acquired him from the Detroit Tigers. He put together a solid performance with a .271/.351/.458 slash line over 140 games. He hit 25 home runs, drove in 89 RBIs, and struck out 145 times.
