Dodgers fans have gladly welcomed Freddie Freeman into Los Angeles. From the moment that he stepped foot onto the field with fans there, the chants for him have not stopped. A chorus of ‘Freddie, Freddie, Freddie’ rains down from all over the stadium every time he steps into the box. And it seems like that’s not stopping anytime soon.
After a very long MLB lockout over the offseason, Freeman was the big free-agent splash for the Dodgers. He signed a 6-year deal worth $162 million that will keep him in Los Angeles through the 2027 season.
