The Los Angeles Dodgers announced Friday that the Dodgers Foundation, in partnership with the County of Los Angeles Department of Parks and Recreation, will develop two new ‘Dodgers Dreamfields’ in Altadena following the devastating Eaton fire in an effort to restore the park.
“Before the Eaton Fire disrupted the lives of children and families, Altadena parks served as anchors for tight-knit, diverse communities, providing programs and recreation for all stages of life,” the Dodgers wrote in a press release. “The reimagining of Loma Alta Park will be a beacon of hope, offering multi-generational programming and essential services for families returning to Altadena.
