Hanging up your cleats is always a tough thing to do as a ballplayer. Often times, it’s really tough as a fan to watch some of your favorite players retire. Dodgers fans can certainly understand that, given the number of guys they’ve seen call it a career over the last few years.
This year, former Dodgers second baseman Howie Kendrick has decided that his time as a ballplayer has come to an end. Howie announced on Monday that he will be retiring from baseball and going out with his 2019 World Series win to hang his hat on.
