The Dodgers’ biggest move so far this offseason was signing former — and I use that word strongly (if that’s the opposite of lightly) — All-Star OF Jason Heyward to a minor league deal with an invitation to Major League camp. Okay, maybe it was the signing of former — and I use that word strongly, too — All-Star RHP Shelby Miller to a one-year deal. But really, it’s a toss up.
Either way, Heyward is officially a Dodger, and it didn’t take him long to start working out in LA. At an event at Dodger Stadium on Tuesday, our own Doug McKain and Clint Pasillas got a glimpse of Heyward in the Dodger shade of blue for the first time.
