Dodgers finalize 3-team, 13-player trade to add Mat Latos, Alex Wood, et al

LOS ANGELES -- The long-awaited announcement has finally come, and the Dodgers' three-team, 13-player trade with the Braves and Marlins is now complete.

The Dodgers received pitcher Mat Latos and first baseman / outfielder Michael Morse and cash from Miami, plus pitchers Alex Wood, Jim Johnson, Luis Avilan, and Bronson Arroyo and infielder Jose Peraza, and cash from the Braves.

That's right, the Dodgers got cash from both teams.

The Braves got infielder Hector Olivera, pitcher Paco Rodriguez and minor league pitcher Zachary Bird from the Dodgers, and the fifth of six picks in Competitive Balance Round A in the 2016 MLB Draft from Miami.
