The Los Angeles Dodgers have dropped in Newsweek’s national MLB power rankings for the second week in a row, once again falling one spot. The Dodgers now rank No. 5 overall in MLB. The Philadelphia Phillies, Cleveland Guardians, Baltimore Orioles, and New York Yankees all rank ahead of the Dodgers.
The Dodgers drop in the rankings after losing six of their last seven games. They got swept by the Phillies, who proved they are clearly in a different tier than the Dodgers. Following the sweep, the Dodgers lost their series against the Detroit Tigers over the weekend.
