Saturday’s game at Oracle Park between the Los Angeles Dodgers and San Francisco Giants was one for the record books. It was a back-and-forth affair until the Dodgers ran away with it in the 11th inning winning 14-7.
The Dodgers showed what kind of team they can be when they put everything together, even if it is only for a couple of innings.
“When it’s right, it is suffocating,” said Dodgers manager Dave Roberts. “The talent is there. The performance hasn’t been consistently there. But when they’re performing the way they’re capable of, you know, it’s really special.
