Over the last month, the Dodgers have been tinkering with different things within their roster to help get them ready for the postseason. They have had the luxury to do so because of their record, and it has allowed them to get a glimpse of different players.
One of those players who got a very short chance in the major leagues was relief pitcher Kyle Hurt. Normally, most people wouldn’t bat an eye at a guy who came in to pitch two innings, but Hurt dominated during his short appearance.
He came in to face the heart of the order for the San Diego Padres and retired them all with ease.
