I had the privilege and joy of watching last night’s game with a new friend. I will call him DR (not Dodger Rick). DR is a long time reader, but does not post. DR reached out to me before I assumed responsibility for LADT and offered to assist with some IT to form a new blog. Because Mark allowed me to assume LADT, DR’s services were not necessary, but I never forgot the gesture. After the Dodgers got past the Wild Card series, DR asked if I would like to come over and watch Game 2 of the NLDS with him and a couple of friends.
