The Dodgers (13-17) finally beat the Diamondbacks (21-9) last night, and are now 2-7 against them this year. It wasn’t pretty or easy but it counts and we’ll take that. They look to split the series with two straight wins, which would also end the Diamondbacks record of nine straight series wins. The Dodgers send one of their few pitchers who are still alive in Alex Wood, against the Diamondbacks ace Patrick Corbin.
